This has become a common sight on Ahmadabad roads. Will AMC do something? I have shifted to Ahmadabad, after NAMO took over as CM. Coming from northern state of Haryana- NCR it was a welcome change to have such good roads, almost no jhuggi jhopadi, no animals on roads. Though on sideways, there were some shelters, where in the morning, people used to feed cows while going out to work. And 24 hrs electricity and water were the most special boon.
A calf is drinking mother's milk in full honking traffic. Very painful to look at. :(
Another view of the calf and cow. Feeding a baby is such a divine feeling! But is it so for this "gaumata"? What are we doing to our animal wealth? We have to value and respect their rights. Will administration do something about it?

A confused calf amidst road traffic! It's lost in the crowd. I am sure, its heart must be beating very fast and its in fear as it has lost its mom. Think what emotions does we undergo, if our child is lost in the crowd. I am sure, its cow mom was undergoing the same feelings.
Time has come to do some concrete for these animals.
